Do not send any item back before receiving return authorization and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, typically within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or shipment with our service providers, it can no longer be canceled, and standard return terms will apply.
